Responsibilities

  • Execute efficient and warm check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
  • Manage and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
