Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Greet visitors and guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and answer inquiries with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming phone calls and emails, route messages to the appropriate departments, and ensure the front desk remains organized.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, handle package deliveries, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the facility is pristine and fully operational at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic property management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a polished appearance and a positive attitude under pressure.
