Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage the reservation system (Opera/Synergy) to update room availability and guest profiles.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for dining and transportation in Los Angeles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
