Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reservations Management: Manage the reservation system accurately, updating room availability and guest preferences in real-time.
- Front Office Operations: Operate the PBX system, process payments, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and order, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Upselling: Proactively offer upgrades, restaurant reservations, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS) is required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts is essential.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
