Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the front desk efficiently, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling reservations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel policies and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certificate a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with hotel PMS software.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
