Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional greeting upon arrival.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Managing reservations and making adjustments to bookings as needed.
- Handling guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Resolving basic guest complaints or issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all guests.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude is essential.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating windows) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we train you!
