Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the hotelβs Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge requests and provide local recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar computer software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
