What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries with a high degree of empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Process payments, prepare accurate daily reports, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address guest needs and requests.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new Property Management Systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
