Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with care and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and general information.
- Monitor security access logs and ensure the safety and security of the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer usage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
