Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Reservation Management: Manage incoming reservations, update guest profiles, and answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Maintain the front desk area, manage the lobby, and assist with concierge services when necessary.
- Security & Cash: Handle cash transactions accurately, manage room keys, and ensure the security of the hotel property.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) or willingness to learn.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
