Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area and public spaces.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately and securely.

Qualifications
