Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional smile and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
