Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately, as well as manage walk-in inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash reconciliation accurately.
- Assist with light administrative duties and mail sorting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
