Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and payment processing.
- Greet all guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and politely.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and concierge services.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Perform nightly audits of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene standards.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- No prior experience is required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
