Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and enthusiastic welcome to all guests, checking them in efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with poise and problem-solving skills to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Reservation Management: Assist with room bookings, modifications, and cancellations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Lobby Oversight: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Relay important messages and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
- Shift Operations: Perform accurate cash handling, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including Windows and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive attitude that reflects our brand values.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
