  • Reservation Management: Assist with room bookings, modifications, and cancellations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Lobby Oversight: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Communication: Relay important messages and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Shift Operations: Perform accurate cash handling, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reporting.

Qualifications
