Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing a positive first impression.
- Guest Communication: respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Operations Support: assist with check-outs, process payments, and manage reservations using our property management software.
- Lobby Maintenance: maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor with a strong desire to serve others.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is a plus; we provide full training on our systems.
