Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone/digital channels
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree a plus)
