Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance daily deposits at the end of each shift.
- Process reservations and modify existing bookings as needed to maximize room occupancy.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and assist with luggage handling and valet services.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college students welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
