Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and efficient handling of reservations.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records in our Property Management System (PMS) and handle mail, packages, and billing inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and requests with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area and lobby tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
