Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and assist with any inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally, directing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Process payments accurately and resolve any guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with concierge requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
