Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions regarding hotel facilities and local attractions, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk console efficiently, including answering multiple phone lines, responding to emails, and managing reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Shift Management: Accurately monitor shift logs, manage key control procedures, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all company security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required; we value attitude and aptitude over tenure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly (training provided).
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings (Shift Work).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are required at all times.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
