Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
