Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, screen and route them, and respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and resolving any immediate concerns or requests.
- Security and Access: Monitor building security, verify identification when necessary, and manage key card access.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, manage the lobby, and assist with mail distribution and light clerical duties.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to the assigned shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
