Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first impressions to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist with light administrative duties and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
