Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Monitor security systems and access control to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and maintain daily house reports.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of guest information.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
