Even if you have no prior experience, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you launch your career in the luxury hotel industry.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. We are looking for self-starters with a positive attitude who are ready to learn the ropes of hotel operations and contribute to a world-class guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about local attractions and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on delivering exceptional service and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily shift reports.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over background.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage or room service items).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
