Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with the highest level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with poise, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict adherence to cash handling policies.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest profiles and manage reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or guest services.
- Strong proficiency with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
