Responsibilities
- Professional Greeting: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients entering the facility.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Front Desk Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and registration processes with precision and efficiency.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Security Oversight: Monitor security cameras, manage visitor badges, and control building access points.
- Mail & Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior front desk experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and office software.
