Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS.
- Guest Relations: Respond to inquiries regarding hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions with a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, relaying messages accurately to departments and guests.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and requests with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Revenue Management: Assist in upselling rooms and amenities to maximize revenue where appropriate.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle mail services, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or guest services experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (Opera PMS experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards that reflect our luxury brand image.
- Attitude: A genuine passion for hospitality and a positive, can-do mindset.
