Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor as the first point of contact.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage various currency transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Distribute mail and manage package deliveries for residents and guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software is a plus.
- Must have a professional appearance and a valid ID.
