Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining par levels
- Adhere to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Maintain accurate room status logs and turnover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with superior organizational skills
- Flexible availability for morning/evening/overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if driving required)
