Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional service to guests checking in and out during the late evening and early morning hours.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Night Audit: Perform daily financial reconciliation, manage room status updates, and process wake-up calls accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine patrols of public areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and reservation software is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
