Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile.
- Manages the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling inquiries.
- Processes payments accurately and maintains accurate daily financial records.
- Assists guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Resolves guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality is preferred but not required (entry-level candidates welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
