Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with accuracy and care.
- Process payments, manage cash deposits, and balance daily accounts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with special requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and local recommendations.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and hotel software.
- A professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
