Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage the hotel's reservation system accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in front desk software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
