Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Change linens, make beds, dust furniture, and replenish amenities such as soap and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests.
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Organize closets and storage areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
