Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate records using our property management system
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Act as local tourism ambassador with recommendations for attractions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years in hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas state gaming license if applicable (per position)
