Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage check-out processes, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional tone.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate requests for services or amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 20 lbs).
