Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.

- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure security and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk, including the management of key cards and reservations.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
