Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a professional and warm tone.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately using our property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
