Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries or resolving issues.
- Process payments accurately using the hotelβs Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with mail, packages, and valet services as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role.
- Proficiency with computer systems, specifically Property Management Software (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
