Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using Opera property management system
- Address guest inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies accurately
- Uphroom premium standards for lobby ambiance and presentation
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and local area
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
