Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/out process with efficiency and personalized attention
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain lobby ambiance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or hospitality experience
- Proven proficiency with property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
