Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests using our advanced reservation system
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently with 100% accuracy
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain secure guest account information
- Execute upselling strategies for hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure lobby presentation standards
Qualifications
