Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS
- Manage reservation inquiries and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and transportation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak periods
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
