Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS) with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Support concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service or hotel experience
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills a plus
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn PMS systems
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
