Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for room readiness
- Assist with reservations and booking modifications
- Provide local attraction recommendations and amenities information
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays
