Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Respond to guest requests 24/7 during assigned shifts
- Maintain detailed guest preference records

Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (for errands)
- Basic foreign language skills (Spanish/Tagalog a plus)
