Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for flawless service delivery
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Resolve guest complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak and off-peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and activities
