Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle basic customer service issues and escalate complex situations to the manager.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Process payments and manage small amounts of cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Learn and operate hotel management software for reservations and room status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we provide training!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
